Crooked Contractor - This is the true and sad description of our experience with woodridge, Mike Wall and Mike Johnson. Mike Wall is crooked in every way; first his tile work is literally crooked. Everything this man touched is a little off and crooked - hose bibs are crooked, doors that are improperly hung - had to pay an outside company to fixe because their warranty/guarantee is worthless. This company is also clueless and lacks common sense, Mike Wall thinks its ok to run pex tubing (water lines) in an Arizona attic without insulating them or at the very least covered by the attic insulation. The results of this lack of knowledge are blistering hot water from the cold-water line in the summer and Mike Walls solution to fix this is to tell us to just run the water longer. More stupidity is they don't understand basic grading of the lot, they graded the lot so to allow large pools of water to sit against the foundation during rainstorms. Again, we had to hire a landscape company to fix this man's work. But most sad is this guy is a thief - He charges for items never installed, claims more square feet of stonework than what was actually installed, installed a much cheaper version of exhaust fans than were chosen, never painted the block wall, undersized our exposed beam work (BTW done poorly), used left over pieces of brownstone and instead of an epoxy coated garage floor, this CROOKED Contractor just use paint and a few flakes to simulate the look.

Mike is top of the line when it comes to attention to detail, quality and staying within budget. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an expert custom home builder. He is the real deal!
