Valley Fire and Water did great work and provided top notch customer service. I had them come to our commercial office building where we had water damage and it had sat for some time and they got it cleaned up and got rid of the awful smell from the basement! Dean McCarthy comes with a very large wealth of field and strong operational experience. With over 30 years of industry expertise, including custom home building and remodeling in the Adirondack Park region of upstate New York, as well as working as Director of Operations for a Multi-State REO General contractor, Dean has played a pivotal management role in the construction, remodeling, and restoration of over 15,000 homes.

This company does excellent work. Nathan Org did an excellent job repairing the walls in our kitchen and washroom. Drywall repair can be difficult to finish properly. Nathan was able to do such a good job, you would never know there was a repair completed in our home. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and most of all responsive to our needs and the job at hand. The work was completed on time and looks great.

Called Valley Restoration services for a water line break emergency this morning. I had a plumber out to get the pipe fixed then Marvin was the tech that came out. So glad he was the person they sent. He was great! Friendly personable and looked at my emergency in a way not to totally destroy everything in the process. I can’t tell you how really expected to get a line about how the whole house needed to be torn apart! That didn’t happen! Another nice thing was that he came prepared to take care of everything! If you have a problem that needs attention I’d personally ask for Marvin.

I contacted Valley Services through our insurance company after an A/C company collapsed my roof during an HVAC installation. For various reasons, it took several months to begin the repairs but once they began the work, it was completed very quickly. The communication with our project manager, Dean, was very professional and he kept us informed as each phase of the repair was completed. I'm very grateful to Valley Services for their help in resolving this very stressful event in our lives.

Marvin and Rigo were amazing ! Give these guys a raise! They Explain what was wrong what they needed to do and within an hour or two the job was done! They were professional and super nice. I definitely recommend Valley service restoration!

Totally impressed with this company. I had the pleasure of meeting Marvin. He thoroughly explained the process and what was going on in the wall. I had already set up a fan and pretty much got the moisture taken care of to the point of not needing any equipment left at my house. The straight forward honestly was impressive. If and when I need or someone I know needs restoration services I will 100% be calling or referring Valley Services Restoration!!
