My wife and I hired TraVek to build banquette seating on one end of our dining room table due to limited space. It was very important to us that it blend seamlessly with the existing kitchen and have a custom built-in look rather than appearing as an afterthought. TraVek was able to achieve exactly that thanks to the hard work of Ali and Jaryd who were assigned to our project. Ali patiently went back and forth with us on the design until it was just right, answering all our questions along the way. Jaryd facilitated the construction using a carefully selected team and we couldn't be happier with the results. A huge thank you to them both! Bad, bad design quality, and service. We hired Travek for a 30-day kitchen and guest bathroom remod that turned into a year-long living nightmare. We were supposed to start 8/1/23 and be done by Labor Day, but got a call on Labor Day that they would start demo the following day. Davin's design would be laughable if we didn't have to live here. He said he could not put the dishwasher next to the sink, even though that's where it was originally. So now, the undersink cabinet door swings into the open dishwasher door and the knobs on the pantry doors hit the new stainless steel refrigerator door. They put in restrictors, but now our drawers won't pull out. Travek's plans mentioned a "crew," but it was basically one guy doing demo by himself, with occasional help from the foreman. Travek subbed out electrical, plumbing, and flooring work, but otherwise you never saw more than 1 or 2 folks there. Guys installed new floor on a concrete foundation after a change order to float the floor. They painted on the new flooring, the old ceiling fans, the Ring camera, the counters, and some personal property in the garage. They used mineral spirits to remove paint from the LVP which, and forgot the install the moisture barrier, both against the MFG warranty, so they had to reinstall it. Now it's does not just have a few hollow spots, it's bouncy and crunchy. The plans said ceiling fans would be pulled at demo and reinstalled, but they left them up to gunk up the motors with construction dust, removed them to do electrical work, and reinstalled them prior to paint. They did the same thing with the toilet, left it up the whole time, then removed to do the floor, but installed it [crooked] just in time to paint behind it. Sent me invoices for progress payments well before the prior stage was completed. Was supposed to be a 30 day (33 day with a change order) project, but there were major portions they did not even start until 120+ days. I'm out $120K and the house looks worse in spots and walking on the floor of this single story concrete slab house feels like I'm on the third story of an old wooden house with creaky floors. Had to call them back to fix some obvious mistakes like a non-GFI outlet on the back porch and an extension cord used to install the dishwasher; the shelf in the broom closet installed too low to fit the broom. They refused to replace the garage door damaged after their countertop guy backed into it. There's over 1/2" of caulking between the backsplash and the and wall. We had to fire them for phase 2 which was supposed to be the bedrooms, and they won't refund the $4K design fee. That design fee included back landscaping, but after we paid them, they said they don't do landscaping. Also, the change orders, along with your original estimate are not itemized, so who knows what I paid for. They also charged me for porta-potty that was never delivered or used. I'm still waiting for that refund. I wish we had stayed away from them, did it ourselves, or went with Home Depot.

Travek did a master bathroom remodel in our house. Don did an amazing job designing the bathroom. We really didn't know what we wanted and he had great ideas that made it amazing. Jaryd was very thorough and made sure the plan got done in a timely manner and finished as promised. We can't say enough good things about Cornelio, the amazing contractor, he was there every day until the work was completed. The attention to detail and his work on the tile was top notch! I would highly recommend Travek for any house remodeling. This was our second bathroom remodel with them!
