This is a great company to work with. They are currently working on a commercial property for us and have had great service, follow through and a clear understanding of what we need for our space. Their communication is excellent and I would trust them with any other project that we have.

Do not use Total Design Homes. The number of mistakes made on our project was enormous. From not measuring things properly, to not checking the quality or correctness of orders, from losing materials for weeks, and a general lack of professionalism. We had custom handmade tile for the project given to us by someone, and she reassured us several times over the YEARS waiting, that there was enough. I even asked her to triple check, because we had a lot of time (years) between planning and install. When it finally came time to install, our contractor had to tell us there wasn't even enough tile to do one small area!! So we had to scramble. Our contractor also had scheduled pool tile installation, only to find out she didn't have the pool tile on hand because it had been sent back due to no where to store it. There was a complete lack of communication across all of these issues (and there were many more that are not listed here). I always had to find out from the contractor what the issues were, not from the designer. There was no timeliness or sense of urgency. She simply would be apologetic but then never followed through and then became argumentative when we would raise the concerns again. She acted like she was doing us a favor, even though she had been paid upfront for the project by the prior contractor. Do not do business with this company. You will regret it.

I absolutely love my bathroom remodel. Start to finish it was a great experience. I am an educated consumer and know that there will ALWAYS be hiccups when it comes to construction. It is the nature of the breast. I will add pics as soon as I style my gorgeous bathroom!
