My husband and I contracted with Sonoran Peak for major (roof replacement and exterior painting) and small scale projects. Each project was completed on time and executed beautifully. The team is professional and makes sure to leave the job site clean and orderly if the job extends beyond a day. The Owner is knowledgeable, friendly and operates with integrity. We will use Sonoran Peak for future jobs!

We were very pleased with the roof structural changes and architectural shingle replacement work they did for us in July of 2017. This was our first experience with Sonoran Peak. We chose this Company after observing them work on our neighbor’s house. We were very impressed with the amount of time Barry, the owner, and Project Manager Chase spent on the job site monitoring the project work quality and progress. Our project included shingle and underlayment replacement on the house, the detached two car garage and the garden shed. In addition, the house needed major framing changes to the chimney and the full length roof rake next to the chimney. Other lesser changes were made to correct issues from the original build 21 years ago. The framing crew and roofing crew arrived early Monday morning as promised. All the framing modification work was completed on Monday and the roofing crew finished the shingle replacement at 10:00 am on Tuesday. We greatly appreciated how quickly they were able to complete the work because we had a one inch monsoon season rain that started four hours later. Based on the quality of the work and the timeliness of completing the work, we will definitely hire Sonoran Peak to do another house for us in the future. Gary N, Payson

****Follow up**** he still wont pay the judgement against his company I had experience with these guys and was excited to have them do work on our new home. Barry the owner is a nice enough guy, but if you are looking for a company who will stay on top of everything this is not your company. They are nice and do good work, but you have to stay on top of them like a hawk. The reason for the 1 star is just a warning. If everything goes perfect then your fine, but if anything goes wrong these folks are not interested in customer service or making it right at all. Currently having to take them to court because of the bad install of a door that is now compromised. I thought after 5 months of trying to get him to do something about it he was going to file with manufacturers to get warranty for door, but instead he showed up and rigged the door so now it's compromised and walked away like that was a fix somehow. You just can't fine ethical people anymore. Update: I have judgement from the courts that he has to pay for his work and he refuses to still make anything right. This company just doesn't care, beware.

I see 2 reviews on Sonoran Peak Construction & Roofing one positive & one negative. I also see the words of the owner or their liaison on the negative review identifying that an Insurance company pays for the work to be done correctly & completed to the legal Industry standards. Yet my fiance in Phx, Az hired Sonoran Peak to complete her roof nearly 3 yrs ago & yet it is NOT completed to this very day of 9/8/14. Every time it rains, just as today, it LEAKS due to BAD workmanship conducted by the crew on a near 2100 sq ft roof I state this FACT due to the constant leaking of her roof.his crew FAILED to roof correctly the 1st time around. So now pathetically it's time 3 or 4 for them to finally come out & repair this property to the standard that will be demanded by her & her insurance company, or other avenues will be sought for a permanent satisfactory resolution. Especially since the work has been paid in full for sometime now in the amount of better than $20,000!!
