Sam Coffey owner of S & B Renovations did a absolute awesome job on our bathroom remodel. Sam’s guys Tore our bathroom down to bare studs, replaced all water rot wood, scratch coated all walls, new tile, all new fixtures. Sam runs a very professional company very knowledgeable, great communication with us during the entire job, all his employees are professional, kind and well knowledgeable, very clean and organized. I had purchased a home that was an older style and through out the years I have contacted Sam Coffey, Contractor for my remodeling. First job in the kitchen was to take out the lowered plastic paneling in the celling and put all new wiring and lighting in. Then he put in ceramic tile on the floor and painted the whole kitchen. We had a leak in the laundry room so the plumbing had to be replaced, new flooring put in and all cabinets and walls painted. The master bathroom had a large bath tub that was unsafe for people our age to get in and out of. Sam designed a large shower with a built-in bench at one end. It has a hand-held shower fixture so you can sit and shower. On the other end of the shower stall there is a regular shower head to take a stand-up shower. The whole shower has a beautiful ceramic tile with s lovely design. The second bathroom had very old fixtures and the wallpaper was beginning to turn brown. The whole bathroom was gutted, all new plumbing and electric wiring put in. The design and colors were approved by us. The beautiful new bathroom is admired by all my friends and neighbors. Sam Coffey's workmanship and his workers were very conscientious about cleaning up throughout their work day. They were very professional. I have recommended Sam's Construction to many, of my friends and neighbors.

Sam did a fantastic job remodeling our kitchen, master bathroom and guest bathrooms. They were quick to get started and completed the job on time. We really appreciated how professional they were and how clean they were when working; no dust in the house was great! Thanks S&B for making our home our dream home!
