When we started out our remodel, we had no idea what the process would involve. They were extremely helpful with communications and getting my husband and I acquainted with the process from the beginning. We were able to move through a massive gut with our eyes wide open. Beyond that, the project manager we had, AJ, carried out the job with complete professionalism and commitment to quality. They really cared about what we wanted and helped us make informed decisions. They became like part of the family and while I am glad we are done with the remodel - I miss seeing them around! Now our remodel is complete and I feel like I live in a luxury hotel. I will ONLY use Peak One. Nothing is broken, everything was done, and done right. Thank you Peak One.

I was referred to Peak One Builders by friends who had previous experiences with them. I needed a pool and horse barn built at my new home. I met Mike Christianson, the owner, and it was clear from the very beginning I had chosen the right company for my project. Mike listened to what we were envisioning, asked all the right questions, and got to work. He came back with the perfect design for both the pool and barn so we gave the project to them and off to work they went. We never had to be concerned about the progress because throughout the entire project Mike and his crew stayed on track and kept us apprised of the progress of the build. He and his team completed the job on time, even overcoming typical construction delays. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and work ethic is second to none. The finished product superseded our highest expectations and is admired by anyone that's seen it. Mike is a local veteran and his personal work ethic reflects that. I was proud to offer him the job and I highly recommend Peak One Builders to anyone. You will not be disappointed!

We were referred to Mike and Peak One Builders by our realtors when we couldn’t find the exact house with the view we wanted. Mike and his team turned the house into just what we pictured. We did a complete renovation, basically taking everything to the studs of the existing 3000 sq. ft. home and added an additional 1500 sq. ft., including a master wing, office, bedroom and a casita. Mike’s construction knowledge and attention to detail are second to none. Jesse’s communication and work ethic far exceed those in the industry. They were both willing to go out of the box and try different projects to make the house unique and one of a kind. If I had to characterize Peak One Builders & Restoration with one word, it would be, professionalism. Peak One is owned and operated by Mike Christenson, a still young army veteran who is the embodiment of trust, integrity, experience, and a can-do attitude. Mike, Jesse, Morgan and team were great to work with from providing a detailed estimate and scope of work that we could use with our insurance company, all the way through permitting, demolition, rebuilding, and finishing of our kitchen / great room. A lot of this happened while we were away and I cannot say more in terms of how we trusted Mike, Jesse and team to be working in our home while we were not present. It was easy for us to discuss challenges and follow-up items with Mike as they arose - he was unflappable, solution-oriented and he and Jesse worked hard to make sure we were satisfied. We are very pleased with the outcome of our kitchen / great room project, and are very happy that we worked with Mike Christensen and the team at Peak One Builders along with their kitchen cabinet partner, Affinity Kitchens.
