Design-build is a project delivery method that provides homeowners with a single contract – and a sole point of contact – for both the design and construction phases of a home remodeling project. Our project managers are involved in a project from the beginning of pre-construction services to the grand opening celebration. They are intimately involved with the projects estimating, planning, and scheduling from day one.
