KB homes did an amazing shower remodel for us! We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out! Everyone we worked with was so great and professional! Carlos was awesome and made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. Alicia did amazing with the design and she made sure all my wants were perfectly added in! Sergio and Angel did pristine tile work! Fabian did great with the plumbing and Hunter and Luis did amazing with drywall, painting and hanging new light structures for us! After a bad experience four years ago where everything was done wrong and causing a leak, I was so nervous to have it all done again. The last contractor made me feel pressured into doing things I didn’t want, etc. Well, KB Remodeling came in and fixed it ALL and just made the world of difference! I can’t express enough just how respected I felt and how nice everyone was! They explained everything along the way and kept us in the loop through the whole process and really made me feel so comfortable! I am so so happy and now I want to spend all my time in my beautiful new shower! Ha ha ha! Thank you so much!! ~Angela W. We recently had a complete Bath remodel done. I have to say from the first day we met Carlos to project completion he was amazing. He was very involved and responsive, his team did a fabulous job. The process was so easy, from estimate, to design, to demo and completion. We would definitely recommend them and use them for future remodels.

Carlos has assisted me with various projects around my home for over a year now. He was referred to me by a friend. Carlos is very courtesy, professional, trustworthy, reliable, and dependable. I am a single mother, working full time so my time is very valuable to me. I have often left to run errands and completely trust Carlos in my home alone. I would recommend Carlos for your Kitchen and Bath needs.

I was VERY pleased with my experience with K&BR and so glad to connect with Carlos on our bathroom project last summer! He is truly a pleasure to work with, has great taste, was happy and patient to adapt to my changing vision and not afraid to steer me in a different direction when his expertise and experience called for it. We replaced our guest bathroom soaking tub with a traditional shower for my elderly mother to use and Carlos was thoughtful throughout of her needs. 🙏🏼 Midway through the project I had to press pause for about a month, and both Carlos and the company were gracious to give me the time I needed and also stay in touch to help me stay on track. The tile guy, plumber, installers, etc. did great work and Carlos was very present to quickly address any questions or challenges. I will definitely be contacting K&BR when we are ready to redo the kitchen! 👀☺️

I am leaving this 1-star review in an effort to get a response from Carlos, Corttney, or anyone at K&B committed to customer service. I’m willing to update the rating if our issues are resolved. We contracted with Carlos to begin renovations in our home on March 15. We were impressed by Carlos and Corttney’s professionalism and presentation prior to signing on with them. Demo was done very quickly; however, things really slowed down after that. Communication throughout the entire process has been inconsistent, at best. At no point was a schedule communicated and updates would only be provided after demanding them (or we approached a payment deadline). The quality of work is good. Their lead was resourceful and clearly explained what they were doing. This was our first home renovation project and it has given us pause in working with or recommending K&B in the future. Based on other reviews, it sounds like smaller projects are better executed (ie bathrooms), but our project (consisting of flooring and kitchen work) led me to believe it was too broad a scope for Carlos and the team to execute efficiently. Four months later, we are still awaiting completion of punch list items and we’ve now had LED lighting K&B installed in our kitchen stop working - both issues of which have been sent, unanswered, to Carlos. There are many contractors in the Phoenix area. I suggest anyone considering K&B gather as much data from other contractors as possible before moving forward.
