We are very happy with our experience with HIW. Ivan and Victor were great to work with. We purchased a double vanity and two mirrors. When we came to pick up our purchase, they unboxed the vanity for us to inspect, retaped the box and loaded it into our truck. They even lent us a strap to insure the vanity wouldn't move. They also suggested how to take off the granite top and carry it so it wouldn't crack.

Wow, what a fine! Went here just to take a look at some vanities and found a great bathtub too. Prices for the vanity as well as the bathtub was amazing, beating the big box stores by a landslide. Customer service was amazing and very personal. They even helped us load everything in the truck. Definitely return to get the other items needed for the remodel.

Disappointing purchase due to damage caused by poor storage. I bought a new pantry in its box, but this was stored outside on an uneven surface, resulting in crooked wood and damage on its edges. Review or open the box before you take home, when I was going to do that, the staff didn’t let me, and start putting tape around the box to cover the corners. Also missing the bottom trim, good that I had left overs. Price not a big difference, for $ you can buy it new from home depot with no defects.
