I set up the appointment with Brad for the installation of our new shower/tub doors after the remodel of our guest bathroom. Scott was the installer and did a fantastic job!! We are 100% satisfied with the quality of work.

Requested a 6’ x 10’ wood patio to be built with custom stairs. The quote was high but for quality work it would have been worth it. Sadly that is not what I got. They used damaged wood, didn’t sand it, often didn’t measure preferring to free cut (and it shows) and didn’t properly space the wood leaving no room for expanding or contracting as the weather changes. The contractor left without speaking to me and just emailed a bill. I immediately contacted the company and was further disappointed. The estimator Brad laughed at me the entire time about my concerns. Told me there are no 4x4x8 available in the city which is why I had damaged wood used (I saw plenty at Home Depot 2 days ago), said it is not standard for them to sand down edges or uneven connections of wood, and made ridiculous excuses for the complete lack of detail by his employees. He told he he would have my concern fixed but when I asked when he told me “Some time in the fall.” Laughed again and then walked away. I really wish Home Depot had not recommended them! Stay away!

Recommended by Home Depot to install one of their stock shower doors. HHServices was one of 3 contractors recommended by Home Depot and quoted the highest estimate. I choose them because they said they had experience with the door I purchased and had installed several of them in the past few weeks. The tech arrived on time, was polite, and worked diligently. Unfortunately the result was very poor. The caulking was applied unevenly and covered much of the visible chrome trim. No chalking was applied on the inside of the shower door frame. The new shower stall was not protected during the door installation. Scuffs, pencil marks and a small chip in the painted fiberglass was the result. The shower stall and work area was left dirty. I spoke to a HHS representative, the day after the work was preformed, about the quality of work and was told someone would get back to me. One week later and no one has called.

Just had these guys install a side service door in my garage. Contracted through Home Depot. It was a 2 day job. Obviously they knew what they were doing. Did a fabulous job and it looks and works great. Glad I used them. They moved a vent and added a light outside the garage too. Professional and friendly, good communication also.

We had an unusual remodel, and these guys were up to the task. They renovated an old garage into a working cattery with no prior knowledge fo r this kind of remodel. They did an amazing job! Extremely courteous, responsive to questions and problems along the way (and with a 50 year old garage with some bad repairs done in the past, there were problems). The pricing was fair, and the work very well done. I would use these guys for any future remodel that we have. Thanks, guys!
