We love Fitch Builders! Mike & Katy are a dynamic duo that complement each other with their unique and individual talents. They are systems-driven and committed to giving their clients the best possible experience. Building and remodeling are complex at best. In today's world, you need a contractor who implements sound systems for management, cares about relationships with trade partners, and has your best interest at heart. The Fitch's are building their company with these principles as their foundation. As an architectural designer, I appreciate Mike's attention to detail and his desire to execute our carefully curated construction plans accurately and meticulously. They communicate, care, work well together, and have integrity in estimating! We would confidently refer them to any of our clients, recommend them to anyone considering them as their builder, and look forward to working together again.

Mike is the best. We did a garage project that involved a lot of challenges of all kinds. The things I appreciated most were his transparency on costings, his communication and his flexibility. We’re really happy with the final results and happy with how the whole process went. Highly recommend.

Just phenomenal experience working with Mike and Katy. Great communication, easy to work with, and very focused on quality/workmanship. Was great at troubleshooting issues when they arose (as they always do) and never made us feel like a bother when asking questions. Very on point when it comes to making sure the details came out right--we never pressured us to just 'accept' something if it wasn't done quite right (unlike our experience with a previous remodel). It was reassuring to know that Mike was very hands-on with all the subs and I could trust him to follow-through with any issues. Importantly, they were also very honest and accurate with their time estimates. Highly reccomend and would use Fitch Builders again in a heartbeat.
