Could not be happier with Efficient Renovations and Jose. Straight forward with great communication throughout the process. The new master shower and powder room look amazing! 10/10 would recommend this company!

We used Efficient Renovations (ER) in January 2023 for a bathroom remodel. The pictures with blue walls are before and with gray walls are after. I contacted four companies for quotes. One company never got back to us, one was higher than the others. Efficient and one other company gave us similar quotes. We chose Efficient because they could do custom-built cabinets and any countertop we wanted (granite, quartz, etc.) whereas the other company only installs pre-built vanities. We also chose ER because of their process--Lawrence told us a project manager would visit the site often and give us updates on the progress and schedule. The renovation went amazingly well! Lawrence let us choose whatever materials we wanted, and let us know where we could get the best prices. One of the other companies kept steering us towards certain companies and I'm thinking it was because those would have given him something for the referral. The materials we chose were easily within the budgets allotted and came from a variety of different sources--everywhere from Floor and Decor to Lowe's to Amazon. The bathroom was upstairs so ER put plastic down all the way from the front door to the bathroom. They had a dumpster brought in (complete with porta potties) and did the demo in one day. We had everything removed, including floors, vanities, mirrors, lights, tub, shower surround, toilet, faucets, etc. Over the next three weeks, the room was completely redone. Custom-built vanities were installed, a new tub, tile shower, glass shower door, vanity lights,etc. We did hire someone else to paint the room as this wasn't included in the quote and it was cheaper this way. The only small change made to the contract and price involved moving an outlet that none of us had realized would need to be moved. Jose, the project manager, visited the site often. He made sure everything was done as needed and kept us apprised of the schedule. He is knowledgeable in all aspects of construction and stayed on top of the entire process. All of the sub-contractors were friendly and very good at their specific jobs. Luis, the handyman, was also great at everything from drywall to minor electrical updates and made sure all aspects of the remodel were attended to. Everyone involved was detailed-oriented and committed to quality work. For anyone wanting to do a remodel, I'd recommend taking a look at materials beforehand so you get an idea of what you want and can build that into the quotes. Also consider things such as our outlet that may need to be moved so that can be included. Finally, know that painting the room may not be included (it wasn't in any of our quotes) and that it may be cheaper to hire someone to do only the painting. Overall we are thrilled with our new bathroom and with Efficient Renovations. We hope to remodel our master bathroom in the near future and will definitely contact Lawrence for that project.

Lawrence and Jose were awesome to work with. They were professional. They answered my questions and addressed my concerns right away. They always answered the phone when I called even onetime at 8:30 at night. they made sure we were happy with everything. We love our new kitchen flooring and half bath. We will definitely be doing business with them in the future. They were awesome and made our first remodel project easy.

We recently had our kitchen updated and used Efficient Renovations. With the uncertainty of labor and materials during a pandemic, it was refreshing to have a company like Efficient Renovations start and complete a job as they said that would. It was a pleasure to work with Lawrence, who drew up the plans, and Jose, the project lead. They answered my many questions and were quick to respond. One of my gripes with other contractors I work with was lack of communication, but not with Efficient Renovations. Jose let me know everything to expect, who would be at our house and when. The tradesmen who came to our house were professional and took great care to ensure the job was completed to our satisfaction. They made sure to clean up each night and made it a point to minimize our downtime in our kitchen during the remodel. I would highly recommend this company for all your constructions needs. We will be using them in the future for another project. Here are some before and after pictures of their work.

Look and listen: We are transplants and bought a massive fixer upper. The house was wicked ugly and we really thought it was going to take a lot of patience and contractors to get everything done. We met with a few people and settled with Efficent renovations. We chose them because they were clear and concise in communication, friendly and affordable. They made all our dreams come true with our remodel. They remodeled 4 bathrooms and a massive overhaul in the kitchen. They also went above and beyond to help us trouble shoot some other things. Efficient Renovations are flat out, really great guys. All staff are nice and great to work with. They cleaned up after themselves and are just so chill to work with. I’d recommend them to anyone and we will always be using them for any future projects. Grateful for Lawrence, Jose, Regino, Steven and crew. They made our home amazing and I’m so happy. I couldn’t have asked for a better company.
