I can’t say enough about Custom Creative Remodeling. From initial design to completion… just an extraordinary turnkey experience. I pretty much gutted my place in the Seville neighborhood in Gilbert. It definitely needed updating. And the end product— fabulous! Erika was terrific with design… she rolled her eyes at me a few times… appropriately! Thanks for that! Workmanship was spot on. Attention to detail, immaculate. I lived out of state during the majority of the project. Communication with the company continued without a blink. I was progressively informed of progress, usually with photo updates. Administration is also spot on. I was always aware of my obligations and when I needed to pay… NO surprises. If you’re looking to remodel…HIRE THESE GUYS!

Horrible company. We were told 4-5 months on a project and July will mark one year. We are no where near completion. Prices are not what was estimated - timeline is way off. Praveen the owner is horrible to work with and takes no accountability. They have damaged many areas in our home causing more delays. No one has been here to work In Over two weeks yet they are taking on new projects. Water damage inside cabinets, Missing cabinet components, damaged landscaping, home in roof of garage, electrical work not complete, are just the start of the list of items left to do. Meanwhile they are storing a bunch of construction items In Our garage and have taken away the dumpster and now storing garbage in our garage as well. We have an open complaint w the ROC They continue to over promise and under deliver. Pictures are current today. Originally supposed to be completed on 2022- they adjusted the timeline in December of 2022 to April 15 and we are still not close to completion I would like to add I see that his employees and friends are leaving some of the reviews on Yelp. I’m addition it is end of November 2023 and we will be going to court soon as they have failed to meet the demands even with the ROC involved and issuing them to complete work. ** I read praveen response - his statements are not truthful. He continues to lie and manipulate situations as free work when it was remedy for damages caused by his company or his own mistakes. We have now had court on 2/16/2024. Pending judge to deliver result. Highly recommend all who are having issues to contact the ROC who can actually hold them accountable and see through their lies to consumers. They are a public safety hazard and have caused so many damages and expenses to us it is unbelievable Update: the ROC complaint finalized and they ruled in our favor. Do yourself a favor and run away as fast as you can from this company

We recently purchased our lovely (10-year-old) home in Surprise. While almost perfect as-is, we wanted to do something special for ourselves that would make sense as we age by remodeling the master bathroom. We decided that the existing jetted tub would not be used often, and we didn't care for the small, glass shower stall that lacked privacy and was already in need of repair. When we asked our mortgage lender if he knew of someone that did bathroom remodeling, he immediately referred us to Custom Creative Remodeling. Under the direction of the company's founder, each team that came to complete their share of the work was absolutely great. Every person was experienced, professional and given the freedom to express their creativity to design exactly what we were looking for in a modern, attractive and functional bathroom. Our designer, Erika, was wonderfully perceptive in understanding our personal preferences and decorating style. In fact, when we visited the tile company to choose materials, she already had products selected that were perfect for our concept. Walking through the yard to pick out granite was a blast with so many amazing products to choose from! We wish we could give 10 stars for this review. We are so excited to be able to use our new bathroom daily, and even more excited to show it off to visitors! If you're looking for a home remodeling company that you can trust will not just do a good job, but will exceed your expectations, you need not look any further than Custom Creative Remodeling!

I believe you get what you pay for. Custom Creative Remodeling is not inexpensive. But if excellent workmanship is important to you, this is the company to hire. I am extremely pleased with the quality of work and the attention to detail by their craftsmen. Don’t expect the remodel to be done quickly. They took months to complete my project but the patience paid off with a beautiful new bathroom.

Custom Creative Remodeling did a terrific job with our complete home remodeling project, Our house is an older one but perfect for our family. Our house was outdated and needs a major face lift. Custom Creative remodeling did an amazing job starting with designing phase and all the way to execution with good communication. We especially liked the staff Jose and Hermilo with amazing tile work and Manny with drywall & Paint work. We are very happy with the results!!! I strongly recommend Custom Creative to all my friends and family.
