It's rare that you find a company with terrific skill, follow-through, and most important, integrity. That is what Cullum Homes has been to me for 16 years. Add to it that they are pleasant, positive, and have a great "can do" attitude. They not only have designed and built a wonderful custom home for me, but also helped me look for my lost dog during the relocation process, celebrated our successes, and have been empathetic in times of need. They are the best.

I contacted Cullum Homes to help perform a land site evaluation before purchasing a piece of raw land for our future build site. I was put in contact with the owner, Rod, who called me back the same day and went above and beyond stopping by the land to give me his observations the next day. He didn't ask for anything, just wanted to help. You don't find that very often now a days especially for a company and the owner to care enough about their business and clients that they will go above and beyond for you without hesitation. I would 100% recommend Cullum Homes and can't wait for them to build our spectacular forever home!

I have been fortunate to know Rod Cullum for probably 20 years and have finally been selected by him to work as a member of his team on a marquis project of his.
