I have used Craven Construction for three jobs, all of which involved different roofing materials. One was a carport roof that required the installation of a new plywood deck and a mineral cap sheet. The second was a complete home re-roof project with asphalt shingles. The third was a re-roof project with new concrete tile. In each case, they performed the work quickly and professionally to my complete satisfaction. The most amazing one was the tile roof. They literally started and finished the project in two days, including final cleanup. As a former commercial general building contractor, I feel Craven takes great pride in its work and I recommend that anyone with roofing needs contact them for an honest inspection and a competitive proposal.

This company was great to work with. Keri and Randy and the whole team were all fantastic. I had a few concerns with the patio they built and Keri and Randy sent the guys back out to immediately fix it and make sure it was exactly the way we wanted. It. Can't be more happy with the patio and honestly the company in general. We will definitely use them again. Lately it seems like it's hard to find a good contractor but these guys were amazing. Highly recommend.

I contacted New Roof AZ for quotes on work for my rentals and my primary home. When the email reply came in, I realized the company is owned by Randy Craven. I’ve had professional interactions with him dating back to around 2012, and I made the decision years ago to stop doing business with him after multiple incidents where he spoke to me and my staff in a belittling and unprofessional manner. Because of that history, I chose not to move forward with New Roof AZ. Respectful communication matters to me, especially when trusting a contractor with significant projects. Based on my past experience, I would recommend considering other companies.

I called many roof company and was told they would come out and never showed even gave them 2 months to come due to understanding how busy people are also offered to pay before coming out and nothing. I called randy and in 3 days he had a crew at my house faced a lot of damaged tiles and prevented my roof from needing to be replaced, one of the most professional and educated roofer I have met takes a lot of pride and what he does thank you randy my wife and I are very grateful.
