Shanna Franks5 StarWe were referred to C&E builders from a friend who had an amazing backyard and front yard transformation. Erik, Jose & the rest of the team were outstanding to work with. The original design was a little more than what we wanted and Erik was willing to work with us to get it more in line with our expectations without sacrificing quality. Erik said 90 days to completion and it was done two weeks early. Each day the crew left our house, clean and tidy, and their craftsmanship was top-notch. Our experience was better than expected. From bidding the job through to the final touch-up details, I couldn't be more happy with the experience. Each of the various teams that worked on our project, from hardscape, electrical, plumbing, landscape, turf, etc. were always punctual, professional and very friendly. Their attention to detail put my worries at ease and their kind demeanor meant they were pleasant to have around. Even when the inevitable project/scope changes came up, Erik was very easy to work with and helped us understand the cost/benefits of the various options.
