Ignacio Creek Homeowners Association is located in Novato, California approximately two miles west of US 101 along Ignacio Blvd., adjacent to the College of Marin’s Indian Valley Campus. We are a planned unit development consisting of 79 two and three bedroom townhomes with a pool, tennis court and pickleball court, and a clubhouse facility. We have many historic Oak trees over 14 acres. Ignacio Creek runs from the nearby College of Marin campus through the property.

Jordan was recommended for my project by a friend in the construction industry. As an Architect I prepared a design for my own home remodel that Benten Construction executed flawlessly. Jordan and his team were incredibly professional and knowledgeable, even offering excellent solutions to issues that arose during construction. The quality of workmanship from each trade was exceptional and my wife and I feel like we are living in a new home. It’s now been about 6 months since the construction completion and we are still very satisfied with the outcome as well as the follow-up by Jordan after construction to make sure we are still happy with the work. We had our bathrooms updated, and we are very happy with the outcome. I highly recommend Jordan and Brandon, I am impressed with their work. I had 2 other contractors--one missed appointment for quote and other contractor not willing to work with what we wanted. I will definitely use Benten again for future projects.

Recently did a kitchen remodel with Benten and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! We had a soffit removed to raise the ceiling, all new cabinets and countertops. It turned out way better than we expected and honestly, we had high expectations. Can’t say enough about Jordan and the team. If you’re looking for a quality company, you’ve found it. Highly recommend!!
