We highly recommend Marina with Allure Designs! We undertook a major remodel of our house and it turned out absolutely amazing all due to Marina. We can't believe it is the same house! Marina is a very talented designer and also organized and reliable. We are so happy with her designs, especially our new modern kitchen. She took charge of hiring, coordinating, and supervising the subcontractors which made the process so much easier for us. If we ever need design services again, we will not hesitate to work with Marina in the future.

Our experience with Marina and Allure Design was outstanding. One of the many reasons I chose Marina, was that she is able to take the entire project from square 1 to completion. She designed a GORGEOUS (so glad I live here!!) kitchen, that is unbelievably functional. Her crews (cabinet maker, electrician, plumber, framers, painters, tile layers) were punctual, and incredibly clean considering the amount of mess that was generated...not to mention, extremely pleasant people. Marina listened to what I wanted/needed, and paid attention to every detail during the execution of our project. We threw some heavy curveball changes at her in the middle of construction, and she was able to accommodate, and remain on schedule. The end result is truly breathtaking!! I really don't know anything about designing, coordinating colors, accessories, etc. Just didn't get that gene. That's why I hired a professional. Marina guided me the entire way, letting me know when a choice didn't quite fit, or another option might be better. One of the things I appreciated most was Marina's candor. Why hire a professional if you're not going to listen to them...right?? I highly recommend Marina and Allure Design for any of your updating/remodeling needs! Her vision is endless and her taste is impeccable!!

We recently used Marina and Allure Designs to update the entire main floor of our home and are very glad we chose her. She is professional and has great attention to detail. She determines what style you’d like for the home and makes the rooms flow well with each other. We kept adding wish list items to the project and Marina was very gracious in working them in. She has all of her own contractors so can quickly get the work done. From start to completion, the majority of the time to do the project was picking out items and waiting for them to arrive, however, once everything was ready, the project only took a few weeks to complete (leveling of floor, tiles throughout, installation of new kitchen island and pantry, new interior wall, removal of backdoor, redesigning bathroom, lighting throughout, interior painting). The billing was clearly discussed at the beginning so there was no surprises throughout. I have no hesitation using Marina again when we decide to tackle another project!

I am so thankful that Allure Designs and Marina did my kitchen renovation. The final product is more beautiful than I could have imagined and Marina and her crew made the process understandable, predictable and enjoyable (as enjoyable as ripping up two rooms of your house and reconstructing them can be!). Marina's vision, in terms of design and implementation, is incredible. She came up with ideas I had not imagined that now I cannot imagine living without. Her crew, who work with her on every project, are so experienced, knowledgeable and detail-oriented. The quality of their work is evident not just in the final product, but also in the process along the way. At the start of the project, Marina provided me with a detailed design, an itemized budget and a project calendar. She and her crew stayed true to all of those documents. I would highly recommend Marina and Allure Designs for any home renovation project. Kathy H

If we could give her 10 stars we would! She is the consummate professional with a keen understanding of GORGEOUS! Our design was beautiful beyond our expectations and Marina navigated the challenges and surprises of design construction like an artist. Her priority was our satisfaction and she does not stop until things are perfect. Dealing with contractors/sub contractors etc is a nightmare and she was worth every penny to keep everyone "in line" and ensure high quality work. We feel like we are living in a new home-our dream home!
