I used Alair to build my guest house last year. I couldn't have been more thrilled with them, from start to finish. Adrian and Chad were incredible to work with. Communication was outstanding - not once did I feel like I didn't have a handle on the status of the work, what the next phase was, costs, etc. The workmanship was impeccable. All of the subcontractors they used were top notch. They cut no corners. The work was done on time and on budget. With the construction market booming in this area, I was worried about finding a high quality contractor who would even take on a smaller project like ours, let alone show such dedication to it. I've heard many horror stories from friends whose contractors disappear for long periods of time in the middle of projects, can't find subcontractors, can't assemble crews, can't keep projects on schedule. I feel lucky to have found Alair. I can't recommend them highly enough.

My experience with Alair Homes has been nothing but wonderful from start to finish. I had the privilege of working with Jason Easterly - he was outstanding. Part of my kitchen renovations was done out of town. I received samples of kitchen cabinet colors by mail and as well great drawings which we worked back and forth with. I went and hand picked my granite when I was back in town. All went smooth - I had photos of the different stages of the renovations. I also had them purchase a fridge etc. Painting was done. When it was all finished and I came back to town Jason arranged a walk through - we had a couple of minor things to fix which was done quickly. Even after 1 1/2 years I had a problem with my garbage disposal and he sent someone out to fix it with no charge. All his subtrades have been great to deal with. I highly recommend using this company!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Alair Homes. From the very first meeting with Jason Easterley to the final walk through with Joey Katona we felt like our project really mattered. Jason has great vision....he gave us lots of great ideas and an extremely detailed cost estimate. Based on our confidence in him and the cost being substantially lower than the big kitchen showrooms had quoted, we decided to increase the scope of the work from just a kitchen remodel to new flooring throughout, new half bath and guest bath and updated fireplace. We are so glad we did!! Our project manager Joey Katona was amazing. He kept the work right on track, responded to every single idea/concern we had and worked with us to stay on budget. The Alair team and the contractors they use were all extremely professional and attentive. We love our 'new' home and Alair will definitely be working on our master bath project in a few years.

I don’t even know where to start, there is so much to say about how awesome the experience was in renovating my 1981 condo at the Biltmore! Firstly, I have not taken on a project like this before – a complete renovation from top to bottom. The condo was dated and I wanted absolutely everything changed! From the moment we first met, Joey listened, he asked lots of questions, he was most concerned that I not wear any of the stress and assured me the renovation would be of the highest standard and he would make the journey as easy as possible for me in turning my vision into a reality. Full disclosure - I am a perfectionist and anyone who knows me would back me up on that! My standards are high and I explained to Joey that I was concerned about the magnitude of the project, albeit a small condo, still a very tall order to completely change the entire space. From day one the trades people were exceptional. They were polite, observant, and meticulous in their clean up at the end of each and every day. The luxury of having 24 hour online access to view the project as it was progressing, at every stage, gave me great comfort and allowed me to make changes along the way as I saw things that triggered ideas for small improvements. Joey always complied with a smile and a ‘can do’ attitude! I cannot imagine one thing about my condo that I would change and thanks to Alair Homes, I LOVE my new home! The finished project looks exactly like it did in my head when I first spoke to Joey about my vision. I would recommend Alair Homes to everyone – you can rest assured your ‘dream’ is in good hands.
