Gino responded to a leak from the previous installer. Thankfully it does not seem as bad as I initially thought. Gino was able to communicate remedies and options. We are still awaiting final repairs, but I feel assured that Ace will conduct warranty repairs without issue.

Geno arrived on time, friendly and was glad to answer questions. I was impressed with his design approach to the install of the microwave above the stove because there was no cabinets above just a skirt and he just created a solution. Ace you have a good team.

Gino arrived on time as scheduled and provided a creative and reasonably priced solution to venting our utility closet to the outside. He first proposed a solution, received our agreement and then procured the materials and efficiently installed them. Gino is a skilled and efficient craftsman, and we were delighted to have him available to solve our utility closet venting problem.

Gene showed up promptly, and efficiently went to work installing my bath and shower grab bars. He was quick and the bars are very well anchored. I feel safe with them installed, now. He cleaned everything up before exiting. I would recommend him.
