Great team! Hats off to Richelle and Matt for how well they kept me up to date on the project. My flooring, baseboards, paint and bathroom remodel turned out better than I could have imagined. My only downside was the contractor that put in the shower glass had to come back twice to fix issues. But A-Team stayed on top of the situation. Thanks to all!

Wanted to update my review because I did not get service done with this company, true. That may be because they use MDF for their finish work, crown moldings, anything having to do with "hi-end" wink wink home owners. As their new carpenter I speak from my experience on the team, The "A-Team". On my first week I fixed a hole in a roof that was caused by "A-Team" that they couldn't solve, they tried 3 separate occasions. I also fixed a barn door that their team couldn't hang correctly. They then demoted me because I didn't have drywall experience at the time. As far as my comment on ethics I had to purchase tools for a job that they did not provide and they docked my final paycheck, stealing my earned money. Ethics. They say they treat their team like family, yet one of the youngest crew members fell off the top of a 6 ft ladder because of lack of training and awareness. The boy was seriously injured. I'll leave it at that. Wait. No. Thanks Andrew for $25/ hour that you so desperately didn't want to give me, family right..., now im making $120/ hr.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. I called to inquire about some home repairs and whether or not the company had the ability to invoice payments and was met with a lady named Stacy and she was AWFUL to say the very least. When I asked about the company she just said, "yeah we're all good in that area," and then hung up the phone. Our call maybe lasted a total of 15 seconds. I tried to call again but was sent to voicemail. Unbelievable. I would hope this isn't how they treat customers but if someone as unprofessional as Stacy is answering the phone, I'm sure that's unfortunately the case. Look Stacy, your job isn't rocket science. All I needed was some information. But I guess that was too much to ask for. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE INCREDIBLY RUDE.

Potential project goers be cautious. I reached out to A-team a little over a month ago to get a quote for a remodel and their staff was pleasant and scheduled me. It was a month long wait for the appointment date. The day prior confirmed the appointment and time. When the appointment came up, no-one showed up so I reached out to their main office. I was told someone would get back to me quickly (as they close at 4pm), no one did. Approximately an hour and a half after the appointment time, and their main office closed, Andrew reached out to me. He let me know they could not take on anymore work as there is a 20 month wait time now. I understand everyone is busy now a days, and that is fine. What was not professional is confirming an appointment, not showing up and wasting a potential customers time. To all potential project goers, do your research and get multiple scheduled quotes at different companies for this reason alone. Good luck!

The A-Team Construction Co is A+ in my opinion. I will always call them for any of my home remodel/fix up needs. I was very impressed with the owners and my crew. They were always on time, they were very conscientious about safety issues and cleanliness throughout the project. Appreciate their workmanship, quality control, and communication with me throughout. They obviously cared about the work that they do and making my wishes come true. I love my new kitchen and the new slider to my atrium. Well done!! 5 star company!!!!!
